PRISM+ today has officially launched its latest Q-Series Ultra TV line-up in Malaysia, which consists of three sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch. All of which are the first from the Singapore-based consumer tech brand to come with QLED display technology, as well as built-in Google TV interface and features.
Despite differing sizes, the trio are equipped with the same QLED panels, which are touted to be both burn-in free and long-lasting. This technology also supports up to 4K resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, allowing for enhanced brightness and contrasts, as well as crisp details and vivid colours. Additionally, all three PRISM+ Q-Series Ultra TV models also feature Filmmaker Mode, which automatically detects and supports a film’s original format, such as its aspect ratio and colour profile, and presents it as intended by the filmmakers.
Powering the trio’s built-in speakers are Dolby Atmos and DTS TruSurround enhancements, which also enables for rich and immersive surround sound when paired together with compatible audio systems such as soundbars and so on. And while we’re on the subject of connectivity, the Q-Series Ultra TVs feature WiFi and Bluetooth 5.1 support, as well as numerous I/O points including three HDMI 2.0 ports, one HDMI ARC, two USB 2.0, an Ethernet LAN port, RF In, AV In, and Optical Audio Out.
Of course, the latest line-up by PRISM+ also includes smart TV integrations, most notably with the inclusion of the Android-powered Google TV interface. This provides users with access to over a huge library of movies and TV shows across major streaming apps, along with improved personalisation, content discovery, parental control and even smart home device connectivity.
Apart from that, there’s also built-in Chromecast which allows for seamless casting from compatible smartphones or tablets, as well as voice-activated functionalities via Far Field Voice Control. Lastly, included together with the TVs is an improved PRISM+ remote control, which now features a sleek ergonomic design, along with new programmable hotkey, watchlist, Google TV Dashboard, Profile and Live TV buttons.
The all-new PRISM+ Q-Series Ultra TVs are now available for purchase via the brand’s website, physical retail stores, as well as its official e-commerce stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok. The Q55 Ultra is retailing at an attractive price point of RM2,299, while the Q65 Ultra and Q75 Ultra models are going for RM3,299 and RM4,499 respectively.
