KUALA LUMPUR: Quick thinking by firefighters helped save the life of a man at Menara KL here on Sunday (Jan 16).

The KL Fire and Rescue Department, in a statement, said that an emergency call about the incident was received at around 5.11pm.

“The man, aged 21, was seen standing at the edge of the Sky Deck in Menara KL. He was saved after firefighters acted quickly by grabbing him by the back when he wasn’t paying attention,” read the statement.

The man was then brought to a safe area before he was handed over to the police for further action.
