There has been a steady stream of info on the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra being leaked in recent days, and it looks like the streak will continue for some time more. Serial leakster Evan Blass, or @evleaks, has already shown what the device will look like, at least on the outside. Now, XDA claims to know a bit of what the foldable phone will pack on the inside.

Starting off with the screen, the main display is reported to be a 2640 x 1080 HDR AMOLED display with a refresh rate that goes all the way up to 120Hz. There’s a bit less info on the secondary screen, but the report does claim that it comes with a resolution of 1056 x 1066, which fits its square-ish dimension. The chipset, though, is where we see the first potential downer, as Motorola Razr 40 Ultra supposedly packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 chipset. Granted, it’s still a plenty powerful chipset, but for those who only want the latest and greatest, then this is not it.

No specifics on RAM and storage configurations, but the maximum they reportedly go are 12GB and 512GB respectively. Interestingly, the report notes that the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will also come in a couple of SIM support variants. One is noted as coming with dual SIM support, the other with support for eSIM instead. For their cameras, the clamshell foldable is noted to be equipped with a 12MP Sony IMX563 + 13MP SK Hynix Hi1336 combo, with a 32MP Omnivision OV32B40 front-facing shooter.

We’ll have to wait and see if any of these are accurate once the official launch of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is done and over with. The XDA report does not include a date as to when this will happen, but Blass has previously claimed that the date to mark on our calendars is 1 June.
