After numerous rumours about AMD and its barebones entry-level Radeon RX 6400 graphics card, the GPU maker has reportedly pulled the trigger on the card’s availability. By that, we mean that the Sunnyvale-based brand very recently and quietly put the card up for sale, mainly in China and other regions in the world.

Thanks to prominent leakster and rumour monger, 188号 (@momomo_us), they found 3rd party custom cooled cards being listed on the online store pages in Argentina. However, it should be noted that the prices being listed for the cards on those pages have most certainly been inflated by local retailers. For context, the RX 6400 should cost around US$235 (~RM991) on average, though the cards on the Argentinian sites are selling the card between US$443 (~RM1868) and US$461 (~RM1944).

Specs-wise, a GPU-Z screenshot shared by JD.com shows that the GPU is based on the 6nm Navi 24 GPU, 4GB GDDR6 graphics memory, a 64-bit memory bus, and game and boost clocks of 2039MHz and 2321MHz, respectively. Further, the GPU’s memory speeds seems to have been reduced from 16Gbps to 14Gbps.

At the time of writing, there is no word when or if AMD intends to make the Radeon RX 6400 available to consumers in Malaysia.
